• Manually operated hydraulic spindle propulsion of the upper crush tube
• 3 sets of spacers with recoil springs: SDR 11 / SDR 17,0 / SDR 17,6
• Lower crush tube with securing tabs against accidental falling out

Operation
Slide the hook end of the pump lever over the pressure relief screw and release any existing
pressure by turning the handle to the left with 1-2 revolutions
Now insert the hook end of the pump lever into the pumping device and discharge the hydraulic oil
from the pump by moving the pump handle several times up and
Slide the hook end of the pump lever over the pressure relief screw and turn it to the right until
the pressure relief valve is
Then insert the hook end of the pump lever in the pump device and release the pressure by
moving the pump lever up and down in the hydraulic cylinder until the pressure relief valve reacts.
Loosen the back pressure screws with the ratchet end of the pump lever and turn them upwards
as long necessary; you may completely take it out of the threaded block.
Then slide the hook end of the pump lever over the pressure relief screw and release the
pressure by turning the handle to the left with 1-2 revolutions until the hydraulic cylinder moves
upward.
Make sure your hands and fingers are not in harm's way.
Make sure the loosened back pressure screws cannot crush your hands on the frame.
To finish driving the upper crush tube upwards, turn the pressure release screw clockwise and
shut off the pressure relief valve.
If the upper crush tube comes to a standstill, pull the lower crush tube from the frame and lift the
squeezing device over the
Finally push the lower crush tube as far back in the frame as necessary to secure that it protrudes
equally on both sides, making it possible to fully reposition the
Note that the tube is driven exactly into the center of the device; otherwise the pipe wall may be
pushed against the frame and may be damaged in case of larger pipe outside
Check that the SDR level and the preset outside pipe diameter of the spacers mounted on the
upper crush tube is adjusted to match the tube to be pinched off. If necessary, change the spacers.
The spacers can be rotated freely on the screw axes.
On both sides of the upper crush tube there is a spring-loaded ball locking
