PROBLEM
- No coff ee is dispensed /
No water is dispensed
- The coff ee is not hot
enough.
- The lever cannot be
lowered.
- Milk foam not satisfac-
tory.

CAUSE
- The water tank is empty, the
multifunction indicator light is
lit in RED.
- The multifunction indicator
light is lit in ORANGE; the
steam function is activated.
- Scale build-up in machine.
- Cold cups / mugs.
- Scale build-up in machine.
- The used capsule drawer is full.
- Capsule stuck inside the
machine.
- Milk not suitable.
- The multifunction indicator
light is lit in RED.
- The multifunction indicator
light is blinking in RED.
- The multifunction indicator
light is blinking in ORANGE and
GREEN.
- None of the indicator lights
are on.
SOLUTION
- Fill the tank with fresh water.
- Press the steam button and wait until the
indicator light is lit in green.
- Descale, if necessary (see Ch.12).
- Preheat cup / mug.
- Descale (see Ch.12).
- Empty out the used capsule drawer.
- Remove the capsule.
- Use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at
refrigerator temperature.
- Fill the tank with water.
- Electronics fault. Turn off the machine,
then turn it back on.
- If the problem persists, contact an Author-
ised Service Centre.
- The appliance is in its descaling phase.
- Make sure the appliance is connected to
the electricity mains.
- If the problem persists, contact an Author-
ised Service Centre.
