• CMG (7) potenciometer adjusts output level when MAN mode is set.
• Reset button (8) must be pressed after any input or output channel selection.
• Emission LED (3) will glow whenever the input level is the appropriate one ( > -60 dBm, 50 dBuV).
• Reflected power indicator (2) will blink if the antenna is disconnected or an impedance mismatching is
present between the unit and the antenna.
• RF output level test points (1). On these two points, using a tester, the voltage should be verified to match
the value indicated in this documentation.

4.1.4 - INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
• This MRT has been designed for a straightforward installation. It has been factory adjusted, tested and set
to auto mode.
To install the system please follow the next steps:
• Connect the output of the equipment (salida) to the transmission antenna.
• Connect the receiving antenna to the input of the system (entrada), with an input level between -30 to -60
dBm (50 to 78 dBuV).
Connect the unit to the mains.Check the following on the Basic Unit:
• The emission green LED glows when the input signal is present (3).
• The reflected power (2) red LED should be OFF unless the antenna system is disconnected or an
impedance mismatching occurs in the antenna system .
• In the output level test points check (1) that the voltage is the same as the considered in this documentation.
Once this checking procedure is done, the system is ready for normal operation.
Change the video carrier of both input/output channel with the rotary
switches located on the front panel.
Readjust the two trimmers located at the top of the Basic Unit to obtain
the maximum output level.
If the system is multiplexed or incorporates an output filter, it must be
retuned. Push the reset button.
