1. Security Advice

Read and understand this instruc-
tion sheet prior to installation and
set-up of the unit.
Observe personal protection in
regard of chemical products dur-
ing refilling procedures (product
replacement), maintenance and
repair. Read product label and
MSDS sheet.
Safety instructions
Only authorized customer serv-
ice provider or qualified person-
nel shall undertake to
execute maintenance
work. They have to be
familiar with all applica-
ble safety regulations.
Always disconnect from power
supply before opening machine.

2. Description

Main Station Medium (Hereaf-
ter MSM) series is a singel user
system for the cleaning of small
areas. It is recommended that the
foam application does not exceed
30 minutes. The system is either
stationary or mounted on a trolley.
The unit is suited for use in
rooms with floor drains. The unit
is equipped with a Ba valve this
makes it an EN1717 approved
equipment and can be connected
directly to the water supply.
The unit is manually operated
when switching between the rins-
ing, the foaming and the disinfec-
tion functions.

3. Location

The MSM must be placed in a
frost-free room only.
To ease the operation, leave as
much free space as possible
around the unit.

quality and the rinsing effect will be
reduced if the requirements to the
water supply are not met.
Taps, mixing batteries etc. may
have a limiting effect on the wa-
ter quantity. If one of these are
placed before the unit and the
water quantity is not sufficient, it is
re commended to replace it with a
ball valve. The replacement should
be carried out by an authorised
plumber.

5. Air

Some versions of MSM units re-
quire an external air supply, the fol-
lowing requirements must be met:
-Pressure: 2 - 5 Bar
