PROBLEM
The device is especially noisy.
Sensitive ingredients such as
fish filets are damaged by
the device.
The device cannot be
turned on.
SOLUTION
• Grinding sound: the cover of the circula-
tion pump might have loosened. Fasten it
by pushing the cover into the notch until it
clicks audibly. Another source of the sound
can be the propeller of the pump. Detach
the lid and turn the propeller in its original
position.
• Fizzling sound: low water level can be the
source. Fill more water into the container.
• Gurgling sound: the circulation pump draws
air. Fill more water into the container.
This can be a result of the water circulation of
the pump. Place the water pump lid so that
the opening faces the rim of the container.
Check if plug and outlet are connected cor-
rectly and if the propeller of the pump is not
impaired.
