Problem
I cannot add the bulb.
I have to press the standby button
several times.
Which group is my bulb in at the
moment?
Wireless specifications:
Frequency band of the wireless RF module: 2400-2483,5 MHz
Maximum radio frequency power: < 8,8 dBm
Smart Home Ready:
The tint products produced by MÜLLER-LICHT can be controlled using the latest Zigbee radio
standard 3.0 and are compatible with a range of light control systems, such as Philips Hue (without
Hue Entertainment and HomeKit), Osram Lightify, Amazon's voice assistant (with Amazon Echo
Plus), and many more. If you have a Zigbee Gateway (e.g. Hue Bridge V2, Amazon Echo Plus,
Lightify Gateway) start the search on the gateway or the associated APP and set the corresponding
lamp switches to I or ON. The bulb is connected when it lights up 3 times.

Possible causes
The bulb is already assigned to a remote
control or a gateway. Please remove it from the
existing network.
Bring it closer to the remote control
Switch off any nearby Zigbee devices
If the bulb has previously been switched off
using the light switch, the tint remote control
will have to resynchronise.
You have switched off parts of the system
using a light switch. The tint remote control is
resynchronising.
Simply switching the groups on and off again
will tell you which group your bulb is in.
