* Full power: indicated by the fan symbol and a full square. In this
position, the fan-heater generates maximum heat output.
The operating switch on the EK5001 and EK9002 has a fifth position:
large fan/full square. This position produces the same heat output as
position full power, but more air flow.
The thermostat knob is stepless variable. Turning the knob clockwise
sets an increasingly high temperature; turning the knob anticlockwise
sets an increasingly low temperature.
Between the thermostat and operating knob on the panel of the EK9002
and EK15002 is the reset point (see safety features).
The operating panel is located on the front
of the fan-heater and consists of two
knobs: the operating switch and the
thermostat knob.
The operating switch has 4 or 5
positions:
* Off: indicated by the 0. The fan-heater is
switched off when the knob is in this
position.
* Fan: indicated by a fan symbol. In this
position, the fan will work, but will not
produce any heat.
* Low-power: indicated by the fan symbol
and a partially-full square. In this position,
the fan-heater will generate heat, but only
about half of the max. power. The
EK15002 has two options, which deliver
respectively about 1/3 and 2/3 of the max.
