caso interrompere la procedura, spegnere e riaccendere l'apparecchio. Ripetere la Calibrazione, se la condizione
persiste, provare a sostituire la cartuccia sensore o inviare il rilevatore al fornitore per la riparazione.
NOTA 2 LED giallo e verde accesi: la calibrazione è corretta, dopo 8 secondi l'apparecchio ritorna in funziona-
mento normale senza riavviarsi.
NOTA 3 LED giallo acceso: la calibrazione è fallita, dopo 8 secondi l'apparecchio ritorna a leggere i dati della
Cartuccia Sensore con il lampeggio del led ROSSO fino a stabilità, quindi è pronto per un nuovo tentativo di calibra-
zione. Ripetere la "Calibrazione" premendo F2. Se la condizione di errore persiste, provare a spegnere e accende-
re l'apparecchio, oppure sostituire la "Cartuccia Sensore".
NOTA 4 E' possibile uscire in qualsiasi momento dalla funzione di calibrazione premendo contemporaneamente i
tasti F1 e F2, in questo modo il sistema torna in funzionamento normale.
"CALIBRAZIONE DELLO ZERO" (Codice Calibrazione di Zero: F2, F1, F2, F2, F1, F2) serve per ritarare lo zero del
sensore con bombola di Aria Zero Pura cioè con meno di 5ppm CO
Con i tasti eseguire il "Codice Calibrazione di Zero". Attendere che il LED giallo e verde si accendano fissi e il Rosso
inizi a lampeggiare. Infilare il TC011 (o il TC014) sul portasensore e regolare l'afflusso del gas in modo che il flusso-
metro indichi da 0,3 a 0,5 l/min
mentre è ACCESO), premere il tasto F2 e tenerlo premuto finché il LED rosso non rimane spento per almeno 2 se-
condi (se invece il LED rosso continua a lampeggiare oltre 8-9 minuti, significa che il flusso di gas non è costante o

Aspettare 5÷10 minuti, per permettere al sensore di stabilizzarsi in aria e poi se richiesto procedere alla:
"CALIBRAZIONE DELLO SPAN" (Codice: F2, F2, F2, F1, F2, F1) serve per ritarare il sensore con la miscela di gas

sopra indicata in funzione del modello di rilevatore.

The TS282IC2 series are gas detectors able to detect CO

oxide present. The instruments is comprise of an enclosure in which the electronic circuit and the terminals are
mounted and a downward facing cylindrical sensor housing with inside a "Replaceable Cartridge Sensor" that contains
the sensor and the identifying data and calibration.
The TS282IC2 series has a 4÷20mA linear output (S) connectable to a remote Gas Central Unit as listed in

NOTES ON THE AVAILABLE MODELS
The TS282IC2 model is calibrated with a full scale of 5% volume of CO
The TS282IC2-H is as previous model, but is calibrated with a full scale of 5000 ppm CO
The Carbon dioxide (synonym: Carbonic anhydride), is an odourless, colourless gas, heavier than air, its density
relative to air is 1.5 and this gas can accumulate at the bottom causing a dangerous lack of oxygen. Its TWA is
5000ppm = 0.5% volume (Time-Weighted Average) and STEL 15000ppm = 1.5% volume (Short Term Exposure Limit).
Carbon dioxide is a fundamental component of Earth's atmosphere in clean air is about 400 ppm and is necessary
to the life processes of plants (photosynthesis) and animals, but, for the earth's atmosphere, it is also a greenhouse
gas. The carbon dioxide is produced by combustion processes of petroleum and coal (thermal power plants and
vehicles), as a by-product of fermentation (wine, beer and organic substances), or emitted by natural processes
and by exhalations from the ground. Is used in agriculture or horticultural to increase the growth of plants, through
increase of its concentration in greenhouses, etc.
OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION
The NDIR sensor can be used in polluted environments without a significant degradation of performance and also
works in environments with oxygen deficiency.
The operational mode of the NDIR sensor is based on the physical principle that certain types of gases absorb
certain wavelengths of infrared energy. In practice, a filament generates infrared energy, which concentrated,
