8 Biomimetic Alignment The aim of alignment is to achieve a balance point while standing and set the hydraulically damped range of motion. The aim of damping adjustment is to fine tune the ankle-foot roll-over stiffness characteristics until a comfortable gait is achieved. 5 Wartung Die Wartung muss durch Fachpersonal erfolgen. Folgenden Wartungsmaßnahmen sind in Abständen von 12 Monaten vorzunehmen: • Überprüfen Sie visuell Fußkosmetik und Gleitsocke auf Schäden oder Verschleißerscheinungen. Ersetzen Sie entsprechende Teile bei Bedarf. In dem Prothesenfuß befinden sich keine weiteren Bauteile, die überprüft werden müssen. Der Anwender sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass: Jegliche Veränderungen (Beeinträchtigungen) in der Funktion dieses Fußes dem Fachpersonal mitgeteilt werden müssen. -

8 Biomimetische Anpassung Ziel dieser Einstellung ist es, eine Art Balancepunkt im Mittelfußstand zu erreichen und den hydraulisch gedämpften Bewegungsspielraum einzustellen. Die Dämpfung dient zur Feineinstellung der Beweglichkeit beim Abrollen vom Fußgelenk auf den Fuß und ein bequemes Laufen zu ermöglichen. Nach sachgemäßer Einstellung sollte der Anwender feststellen, dass er das Fußgelenk trotz der größeren Anzahl von Möglichkeiten zur Einstellung des Bewegungsspielraums nicht stärker kontrollieren muss. -
