Training
The device can be used to train both the leg muscles and the arm muscles.
4. As soon as the pedals are moved, the training computer (7) switches on. Set the
display to what you want (see the "Device Overview" chapter, "Functions of the Com-
puter") or allow all displays to run through in succession.

After Training

PLEASE NOTE!
After training, you should always perform stretching exercises in order to slowly re-
store your circulation to a normal level.
A few example exercises:

Legs:
1. Place the device on the fl oor.
2. Sit down in front of it on a chair or stool.
3. Place your feet in the pedal straps and pedal at an even
pace.
Arms:
1. Place the device on a table.
2. Sit down in front of it on a chair or stool.
3. Hold the pedals fi rmly with your hands and turn them at
an even pace.
Upper body: Stand upright, cross your arms over your head
and pull your left elbow to the right with your right hand. The
upper body moves gently as you do this. Stay in this position
for 15 – 20 seconds. Change sides.
Calves: Stand up. Place your right leg in front of you and bend
it slightly while your left leg remains stretched. Push your left
heel down onto the fl oor. Stay in this position for 15 – 20 sec-
onds. Change sides.
Front of thighs: Stand on one leg, bend the other one and grab
your foot with your hand. Pull it up to your buttocks and hold
this position for 5 – 20 seconds. Change sides.
