Cause of malfunction and solution

Symptom
Recharging control lights.
Don't light up when bat-
teries are placed into the
battery
compartments
properly.
Recharging control light
does not light up on the
same side of the trans-
mitter where a battery is
inserted.
The middle recharger con-
trol light does not light up
despite having the receiver
placed into its compart-
ment in the transmitter.
Receiver doesn't work.
No audio signals being
received.
Cause
Transmitter not connected
to the power adapter or
no power supply.
No contact has been
made between the bat-
tery and the recharging
contacts of the compart-
ment of the transmitter.
No contact has been made
between the battery in the
receiver and the rechar-
ging contacts of the com-
partment in the transmitter.
There is no battery inser-
ted into the receiver.
The transmitter is not cor-
rectly connected to the
TV or HI-FI audio output.
Your TV or HI-FI equip-
ment is not turned on.
Different channels set.
Solution
Make sure that the power
adaptor is connected to
the mains power socket
and to the transmitter.
The battery has not been
correctly and completely
inserted into the battery
compartment.
The receiver has not been
properly placed into the
compartment. Make sure
it is facing in the correct
direction.
Insert a battery into the
receiver.
Please check and make
sure the audio connection
cables to the TV or HI-FI
are properly and correctly
connected. Please read
through the owner's ma-
nual for your TV or HI-FI
equipment to make sure if
the output for headphone
or line output is connected
and it does work correctly.
Transmitter and receiver
set to the same channel.
