To take out the heavy stains, put all the accessories into hot water
with dishwashing liquid and let it rest for 30 min. then use a brush
to clean it.

Cleaning the condensation collector
Do not use a hard brush or any others cleaners to avoid
scratching or damaging the appliance. Never immerse the
appliance. Do not put the bowl inside the dishwasher.
Issues
The cover lid does not
close.
The cover lid does not

Turn the valve counter clockwise to remove
it from the inner wall of the cover.
Wash the valve with a sponge soaked in
washing-up liquid, rinse it with hot water and
dry it with a soft cloth.
Replace the valve in its location and lock it
by turning it clockwise.
Remove the collector by pulling it towards
you, wash it with a sponge soaked in
dishwashing liquid, rinse it with hot water
then dry it with a soft cloth.
Replace the collector in its location, making
sure to lock it securely (an audible click will
signal it).

Causes
The locking mechanism is
not activated.
The locking mechanism is
broken.
The unlocking mechanism
is broken.
Press the cover lid until you hear an
audible click.
