desired consistency (crisper or softer) and the thickness of the ingredient. For frozen
ingredients, it is advisable to add 30% additional cooking time.

Important: for a good success of your homemade yoghurt and avoid any risk of
compromising their success, be sure to follow the tips below.
• Place your appliance on a flat, even, stable surface. Do not let the appliance rest on
a vibrating surface (such as the top of a refrigerator) or exposed to winds.
• Use your appliance in a room at room temperature.
• Leave the appliance still during the fermentation process, do not move it and do not
remove the lid and glass jars during the operating cycle.
• Never mix raw fruits with the preparation. The acidity of the fruits prevents the
fermentation process.
