    2.4.2 Netzanschluß Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über das externe Netzgerät. Der aufgedruckte Spannungswert muß mit der örtlichen Spannung übereinstimmen. Hinweis ! Verwenden Sie nur Originalnetzgeräte. Die Verwendung anderer Fabrikate, auch mit den Zulassungszeichen einer Prüfanstalt, bedarf der Zustimmung des Fachmannes. Stellen Sie den Stromanschluß an der Waage her. Schließen Steckernetzgerät Betriebsspannung an.

    Inbetriebnahme der Waage 2.5.1 Anwärmzeit Um genaue Resultate zu liefern, benötigt die Waage eine Anwärmzeit von mindestens 4 Stunden nach erstmaligem Anschluß Stromnetz oder nach längerem Netzausfall. Erst dann hat die Waage die notwendige Betriebstemperatur erreicht. 2.5.2 Ein- und Ausschalten (Stand-by-Betrieb) Betätigen Sie zum Ein- und Ausschalten der Anzeige die ON/OFF/ESC-Taste.

    2.5.4 Tarieren Eine genaue Gewichtsbestimmung erfolgt nur wenn die Anzeige von Beginn der Wägung exakt auf 0,0000 g steht. Betätigen Sie die TARE/ -Taste, um die Gewichtsanzeige auf Null zu setzen. Das Tarieren kann innerhalb des gesamten Wägebereichs der Waage erfolgen. 2.5.5 Einfaches Wägen (Gewichtsbestimmung) Bringen Sie jetzt Ihr Wägegut auf die Waagschale.

    Pflege und Wartung 2.7.1 Reinigung Vor der Reinigung trennen Sie das Gerät bitte von der Betriebsspannung. Benutzen Sie bitte keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel (Lösungsmittel o.ä.), sondern nur ein mit milder Seifenlauge angefeuchtetes Tuch. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eindringt und reiben Sie mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch nach.

    Justierung Beim Justieren wird die Empfindlichkeit der Waage den Umgebungsbedingungen angepasst. Justieren mit externem Gewicht Mit dem empfohlenen Justiergewicht (KERN ABS siehe Kap. 1 „Techn. Daten“) oder dem internen Justiergewicht (KERN ABJ) ist die Waagengenauigkeit jederzeit überprüfbar und neu einstellbar. Justieren Sie Ihre neue Waage am Aufstellort nach der Anwärmzeit und vor dem ersten Gebrauch.

    Prozentwägen Anzeigesymbol: Das Prozentwägen ermöglicht die Gewichtsanzeige in Prozent, bezogen auf ein Referenzgewicht. Der angezeigte Gewichtswert wird als fest vorgegebener Prozentwert übernommen (Standardeinstellung: 100%). Vorraussetzung: Einheiten-Umstellung in % durchführen, siehe Kapitel 6.4 “Einheiten-Umstellung“ Ablauf: Wägegut von der Waagschale entfernen, betätigen Sie die TARE/ -Taste, die Anzeige wird auf Null gesetzt.

    Zählen Anzeigesymbol: PCS Das Zählprogramm ermöglicht die Gewichtswertumrechnung in Stückzahlen, bezogen auf ein Referenzgewicht. Der angezeigte Gewichtswert wird für eine fest vorgegebene Stückzahl übernommen (Auswahl für 10, 20, 50, oder 100 Stück). Je größer Sie die Stückzahl wählen, je höher ist die Genauigkeit des Zählens. Der Minimum-Wert für das Referenzgewicht beträgt 0,01 g.
