ASSEMBLAGE DES MENEAUX AU SEUIL ET AU FAîTE
Le seuil est fixé à chaque meneau par des vis #8 auto-
perçantes à tête bombée que vous devez insérer par le
dessous. Le faîte est fixé à chaque meneau par des vis #8
auto-perçantes à tête bombée que vous devez insérer par
l'arrière.
Pour assembler, choisissez une des 2 méthodes de travail
suivantes selon la dimension de votre solarium et l'espace
de travail disponible.
Méthode 1 : Assemblage à l'envers
Une personne tient un meneau à l'envers alors que l'autre
personne le visse au seuil et au faîte. Lorsque tout est
assemblé, faites pivoter à l'endroit. Si la porte est en
façade, vous pouvez temporairement stabiliser le seuil
avec une pièce de bois (un madrier 2x4 ou une planche).
L'aide d'une troisième personne peut être nécessaire.
Méthode 2 : Assemblage en appui
Déposez le seuil et le faîte sur des chevalets. Une
personne tient un meneau pendant que l'autre personne le
visse au seuil et au faîte. Répétez pour chaque meneau.

MULLION ASSEMBLY TO SILL AND RIDGE
The sill is held to each mullion with self drilling #8 pan
head screws that you install from underneath the sill.
The ridge is held the same way with self drilling #8 pan
head screws that you install from behind the ridge.
To assemble, choose one of the following methods,
depending on the size of your solarium and the space
available.
Method 1: Upside down assembly
One person holds the mullion while the other person
screws it to the sill and the ridge. Once all is assembled,
flip the structure upside up. If the door is on the façade, you
can use a piece of wood (a plank or a 2x4) to prevent the
sill from wobbling while you flip the structure over. Help
from a third person could be required.
Method 2: Upward assembly
Rest the sill and the ridge on bench stools. One person
holds the mullion while the other person screws it to the sill
and the ridge. Repeat for each mullion.
