Insert the plug of the power supply (on the
rear).
Adjust the optical head and focus on your
sample using the brightfield illumination, as
described above.
Switch off the brightfield transmitted illumina-
tion and place the black slide under the stage
(Fig.18)
Move the filter selector lever ① to the deside-
red position: B (blue excitation) or G (green
excitation) (Fig.19)
Rotate the light intensity knob ① on the right
until you reach a sufficient brightness. (Fig.20)
When you move the filter selector lever, the
corresponding LED switches on automatically.
The LEDs are factory-aligned and don't need
any set-up operation.
