Let the blade reach its full speed then apply the blade on the workpiece, do not apply additional
pressure.
10. Once work is finished, stop tool by releasing the trigger switch.
Note: do not put down tool until blade has come to a complete stop.
5.4- Sawing
Before sawing, remove any foreign objects from the workpiece (e.g. nails, screws, etc) and use
suitable sawblade.
5.4.1- Plunge cut (Fig.5)
Warning! Plunge cut is only suitable on soft materials such as wood, plaster board...
Do not make plunge cut on metal materials, construction materials; hardened plastics.
To make a plunge cut, use only a short blade.
Before start cutting, trace a cut line on the workpiece.
Place the tool with the edge of the shoe plate (2) on the workpiece and
switch it on.
With the shoe plate, apply a slight pressure against the workpiece and
slowly plunge the blade into the workpiece.
Once the shoe plate (2) is fully flat on the surface of the workpiece, keep
on sawing along your cut line.
5.4.2- Cutting metal
Use blades intended for metal.
The blade must always extend beyond the diameter of the workpiece, to avoid kickbacks.
When sawing metal, apply lubricant or coolant along the cutting line.
Do not apply excessive pressure on the blade; let the blade work as its own speed.
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Before any intervention on product, ensure that product is disconnected from its power
source.
Reminder: Make sure to maintain the machine in good working condition, carry out regular
maintenance of the machine after each use and before storage. Any breach or default of adequate
maintenance reduces the life of the machine and increases the risk of breakdowns and accidents.
To preserve the security system throughout the life of the machine, it is important to perform
maintenance and proper cleaning, DO NOT use non-compliant replacement parts and DO NOT
dismantle the machine yourself or change the security features.
6.1- Cleaning
a) Clean the plastic parts with a soft and clean cloth.
- Do not use aggressive cleansing agents (solvents, abrasive cleansers) or an abrasive sponge or any
sharp objects.
- Do not use any caustic chemicals to clean the plastics parts.
- Never put or immerse the product in water or any liquid, and ensure that water does not penetrate
the tool.
- Never splash with water or clean with high pressure hose!
b) Clean blade holder (clamp) with a soft brush.
c) Clean ventilation holes with soft brush.
