Cause
The mains plug is not connected to the
mains power.
The mains power socket is defective.
The appliance is defective.
The appliance is maintaining the tempera-
ture. To do this, it has to heat up briefly
every so often. When this occurs, the
indicator lamp
comes on.
The appliance is defective.
The appliance has heated up.
Solution
Insert the plug into a mains
power socket.
Use a different mains power
socket.
