TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT
Dishes are not clean.
There are whitish stains left on the
dishes.
Dishes do not dry.
Black or grey marks on dishes.
Rust stains have formed on the
dishes.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Dishes placed incorrectly, sprayed
water not reaching affected dishes.
Dishes leaning against each another.
Not enough detergent used.
Wrong wash program selected.
Spray arms clogged with food waste.
Filters or water drain pump clogged or
filter misplaced.
Not enough detergent used.
Rinse-aid dosage and/or water
softener setting set too low.
High water hardness level.
Salt compartment cap not closed
properly.
Drying option is not selected.
Improper loading of dishwasher.
Rinse-aid dosage set too low.
Dishes are removed too soon.
Aluminium utensils have rubbed
against dishes.
Stainless-steel quality of the dishes is
insufficient.
High level of salt in wash water.
Salt compartment cap not closed
properly.
Too much salt spilled in the
dishwasher while filling it with salt.
Poor mains grounding.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Do not overload baskets.
Place dishes as instructed in the
section on loading your dishwasher.
Use the correct amount of detergent,
as instructed in the program table.
Use the information in the program
table to select the most appropriate
program.
Clean the holes in the spray arms with
thin objects.
Check that the drain hose and filters
are correctly fitted.
Use the correct amount of detergent,
as instructed in the program table.
Increase rinse-aid and/or water
softener level.
Increase water softener level and add
salt.
Check that the salt compartment cap
is closed properly.
Select a program with a drying option.
Use gloves if detergent residue can be
found on dishes to avoid skin
irritations. Make sure to place cups
and glasses at an angle against the
wire cup tray in the upper basket.
Increase rinse-aid dosage setting.
Do not empty your dishwasher
immediately after washing. Open the
door slightly so that the steam can
come out. Take out the dishes until the
inside temperature is safe to touch.
Unload the lower basket first to
prevent the dropping water from the
upper basket.
Use a mild abrasive cleaner to
eliminate those marks.
Use only dishwasher-proof sets.
Adjust the water hardness level using
the water hardness table.
Check that the salt compartment cap
is closed properly.
Use funnel while filling compartment
with salt to avoid spillage.
Consult a qualified electrician
immediately.
