TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT
The program does not start.
Water remains inside the machine.
Machine stops during washing.
There is foam in the tub.
Rattling noise during a wash cycle.
Shaking and bumping noises are
heard during a wash cycle.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Your dishwasher is not plugged in.
Your dishwasher is not switched on.
Fuse blown.
Water inlet tap is closed.
Your dishwasher door is open.
Water inlet hose and machine filters
are clogged.
Water pressure is low.
Water drain hose is clogged or
twisted.
The filters are clogged.
The program is not finished yet.
The kitchen sink is clogged.
Power failure.
Water inlet failure.
Wrong detergent.
Spilled rinse-aid.
Items of crockery are loose in the
dishwasher.
The spray arm is hitting the dishes in
the lower basket.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Plug your dishwasher in.
Switch your dishwasher on by
pressing the On/Off key.
Check your indoor fuses.
Turn on the water inlet tap.
Close the dishwasher door.
Check the water inlet hose and
machine filters and make sure they
are not clogged.
Check that the water supply is
connected properly and the water is
turned on.
Check the drain hose, then either
clean or untwist it.
Clean the filters.
Wait until the program is finished.
Check the kitchen sink to make sure it
is draining well. If the problem is the
kitchen sink that is not draining, you
may need a plumber rather than a
serviceman for dishwashers.
Check mains power.
Check water tap.
Only use dishwasher detergent.
Open the dishwasher and let suds
evaporate.
Add 1L of cold water to the bottom of
the dishwasher. Close the dishwasher
door, then select any cycle. Initially,
the dishwasher will drain out the water.
Open the door after draining stage is
complete.
Always wipe up spills immediately.
Interrupt the program and rearrange
the items of crockery.
Move or remove items blocking the
spray arm.
