SPORT MODES
A. MANUAL MODE:
Enter manual mode: After the electronic power meter-wide display, enter the initial standby mode, then
press the start button to enter manual mode.
B. COUNTDOWN MODE:
TIME COUNTDOWN:
To enter time countdown mode: Begin in the initial standby mode and press the time selection
button to activate the time countdown mode. The time window will display "10:00" minutes
and flash. Use the +/- keys to set the desired run time within the range of 5:00 to 45:00
minutes. Press the start button to commence the running time countdown mode.
DISTANCE COUNTDOWN:
To enter distance countdown mode: From the initial standby mode, press the mode button to
select the distance countdown. The display will show "1.0" kilometers and flash, indicating the
distance to be covered. Use the speed +/- keys to set the desired distance within the range
of 1.0 to 99.0 kilometers. Press the start button to begin the distance countdown mode.
CALORIES COUNTDOWN:
To enter calories countdown mode: In the initial standby mode, press the mode button to
choose the calorie countdown mode. The display will indicate "50" calories and flash. Adjust
the run-calorie setting using the +/- keys, with a range from 20 to 990 calories. Press the start
button to start the calorie countdown mode.
C. AUTO MODE:
To enter auto mode: Whether in the initial setting mode or standby state, press the key to engage the
automatic program selection. The time window will show "10:00" minutes and flash. Use the speed +/-
keys to set the desired run time, with a range of 5:00 to 45:00 minutes. Press the start button to enter
the automatic program mode.
