MANUAL ADJUSTMENT AND OPERATION
The product features a manual adjustment
function. There are adjustment holes on
both sides. The machine's incline can be
altered on both sides to increase the
intensity of the exercise. After making
adjustments, tighten the front retaining
knob. To operate, plug in the power, turn on
the switch, engage the safety lock, and
follow the instructions for use.
SPACE-SAVING FOLDING AND HANDLING
To conserve floor space when the equipment is not in use, begin by unscrewing the lower knob of the
main frame using your left hand. Then, with your right hand, lift the back end of the main frame. Gently
fold the main frame upwards to engage the pull pin that secures the frame in place. Holding the back end
of the main frame with both hands, ensure the lower wheels make contact with the ground. This will
allow the machine to tilt back between 30-40 degrees for easy maneuverability forward and back.
