Problem
There is too much condensed water
inside the fridge.
There are water drops on the glass
shelves.
Water flows inside the fridge.
Water flows on the floor.
The temperature in the appliance is
too low/too high.
If the problem persists, contact the
Authorised Service Centre.
7.2 Replacing the lamp
Use LED bulbs (E14 base) designed for
household appliances. Check the
maximum power on the lamp unit.
Possible cause
Door was opened too frequently.
Door was not closed completely.
Stored food was not wrapped.
This is normal that during summer
and autumn more condensation can
form due to the increased air and
food humidity. Fridge does not pro‐
duce any moisture. After this period,
the humidity in the fridge decreases
itself.
There is too much moisture inside
the fridge.
Food prevents the water from flow‐
ing into the water collector.
The water outlet is clogged.
The melting water outlet is not con‐
nected to the evaporative tray below
the appliance.
The temperature is not set correctly. Set a higher/lower temperature.
The door is not closed correctly.
The food is too hot.
Too much food is stored at the
same time.
The door has been opened often.
There is no cold air circulation in the
appliance.
Disconnect the plug from the mains
socket.

Open the door only when necessa‐
ry.
Make sure the door is closed com‐
pletely.
Wrap food in suitable packaging be‐
fore storing it in the appliance.
In summer and autumn, set the
warmer temperature in the refrigera‐
tor (approx. 6-7°C).
Wipe the glass shelves with a cloth
to remove water drops.
Make sure that food does not touch
the rear plate.
Clean the water outlet.
Attach the melting water outlet to
the evaporative tray.
Refer to the "Closing the door" sec‐
tion.
Let the food cool down before stor‐
age.
Store less food at the same time.
Open the door only if necessary.
Ensure cold air circulation in the ap‐
pliance. Refer to the "Hints and tips"
chapter.
