The measuring function switch must not on any ac-
count be moved during measurement, as this can
damage the measuring instrument (separation ar-
cing) and as a result the user may be endangered in
the case of voltages greater than 25 VAC rms or 35
VDC.
Never exceed the maximum input levels, because
otherwise damage to the measuring instrument can
endanger life.
Arranged in a full circle, the different measuring ranges (clockwise,
starting with "OFF") can be selected by turning the switch:
40kHz = Frequency measurement (with Auto Range = automatic
range selection)
Ohm = Resistance measurement up to 20 MOhm
(= 20,000,000 Ohm)

V= = Direct voltage measurement
V~ = AC voltage measurement
A~ = AC current measurement
C Orientation in use
Always operate the current clamp with the digital display upwards
so that the liquid crystal display (LCD) can be read.
