1. Place your hand 4-6 inches (100-150 mm) away from the tip of the spout to activate the faucet.
2. The solenoid should "click". If this does not happen check the "TROUBLESHOOTING"
section.
3. Turn on the water supply at the stop valve(s).
4. Carefully trace the water supply from the stop valve(s) to connector of the controller.
5. Inspect all connections for any leaks. Ensure that the supply hose(s) are not kinked or
twisted.
6. Activate the faucet again.
7. Check all connections for leaks. Pay special attention to the area where the hose
connects to the top of the controller.
8. Ensure that the hose is not kinked or twisted.
9. Observe the path of the flowing water. Make sure the water flows smoothly. Check for
leaking, dripping, or spraying from the nozzle outlet.
10. If the water splashes from the lavatory or the flow is too forceful, please refer to
"TROUBLESHOOTING" section.
11. If flow rate adjustment is necessary because the lavatory is too small, turn the stop
valve(s) clockwise to limit the flow.
IMPORTANT!
The faucet will begin an automatic sensing range adjustment immediately after the sensor
connector is plugged into the controller. Do not place your hands or other objects in front of
the sensor. This process may take up to 20 seconds to complete.
If the sensor light continues to flash for more than 20 seconds, the spout direction will
need to be readjusted for proper operation. If adjustment is necessary, you must do it
within 10 minutes or the adjustment process will end. To restart the process, unplug the
sensor connector for 10 seconds, then reconnect it.
