• Turn the main switch to "I".
• The thermostat activates the oil heater when the ambient temperature is 1.0°C below
the set point. When the set point is reached, the thermostat deactivates the oil heater
again.
The device automatically sets the set point to +20°C in case of power failure or
disconnection from the power circuit. If the room temperature is below +20°C, the
device starts working immediately.
• Select the desired target room temperature using the temperature selection. The
temperature setting range is between 5°C and 65°C
• If you turn the temperature selection counterclockwise, you will decrease the target
room temperature ( minimum +5°C).
• If you want to increase the target room temperature using the temperature selection,
turn the temperature selection clockwise (maximum +55°C, start value +20°C).
If a room has cooled down considerably, we recommend heating in stages (large
difference between set and actual temperature). Set the first setpoint temperature
to 5°C above the current room temperature and let the unit heat up the room. Wait
approx. 30 minutes and increase the setpoint by another 5 °C. Repeat the process
until the desired target temperature is reached.
It may happen that the starting procedure has to be carried out up to three times
when the tank is completely empty. The time required to fill the fuel lines in the unit is
longer than the ignition process. Switch off the device at the main switch and restart.
• Switch off the device.
• Set the main switch to "0".
• Wait until the fan has stopped working (60-90 seconds).
• Disconnect the power plug.
Device damage imminent! Wait for the fan to overrun before disconnecting
the power plug. Make sure that the flame is extinguished before leaving
the device location!
