PREPARATION
• Do not fill the tank with too much fuel or it will overflow when the tank gets warm.
• After refuelling, make sure to put the cap back in place and tighten it.
• Wipe off any spilled fuel with a clean, soft cloth after refueling.
Note: You must only use unleaded gasoline. Filling the fuel tank with leaded gasoline
can damage the internal parts of the engine.

• Pull the starter handle up gently until resistance is felt, then pull it out quickly.
Note: After starting, do not let the starting rope return to its original position rapidly, instead, let it
return to its original position slowly.

• The grounding terminal is connected to the ground wire to prevent electric shock. When the
electrical equipment is grounded, the generator must be grounded.
• The ground terminal is a special terminal used to ground the entire generator.

• The generator is not filled with engine oil from the factory. Do not start the generator without
adding enough engine oil.
• Add oil that meets or exceeds the service level requirements of SG and FG.
• The engine oil grade SG and FG will be marked outside the oil container.
• Follow the chart (fig. 7) to choose the right engine oil taking into account the temperature of your

• The fuel tap controls the flow of fuel from the tank to the carburetor.
• Make sure to set the fuel tap to the ''OFF'' position after turning off the generator.
