OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DATA STORAGE
The appliance will record the time and temperature every 10 minutes
and will store this information for up to 3 years. After three years of
functioning, the data will begin to over write the existing saved data.
The data collected can be downloaded from the appliance memory
by inserting a standard USB data stick into the USB connection on the
control panel.
When a USB stick is inserted, the display will show "UP" to indicate that
data is being uploaded. It will alternately display the current internal
temperature.
Once the data is uploaded, the display will show "Ed" and a buzzer will
sound to indicate that the upload is complete. The buzzer will continue to
sound every 5 seconds until the USB stick is removed. Remove the USB
stick and the appliance will resume normal functioning.
Note: The USB port can not be used for charging other electrical devices.
LEVELING INSTRUCTIONS
There is an adjustable leg that can be turned up or down to level the
appliance.
1. Turn the leveling leg counter-clockwise as far as it will go, until the
top of the foot is touching the bottom of the chassis.
2. Slowly turn the leveling leg clockwise until the appliance is level.
