OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
TEMPERATURE SELECTION
The display screen will show the current internal temperature of the
appliance. The temperature of the appliance can be set between 3°C -
7°C (37°F - 45°F). Use the up and down buttons to choose the desired
temperature. Press the Set button to confirm the selection.
TEMPERATURE SCALE
Temperature can be displayed in Fahrenheit or Celsius units. To change
the temperature scale, press the °F/°C button. The current temperature
scale will be shown by the indicator light.
CONTROL PANEL LOCK
The control panel can be locked so that it cannot be adjusted
accidentally.
To set the control panel lock, press and hold the Set button for five
seconds. The display will show "ON" to indicate that the lock is
activated.
To disengage the control panel lock, press and hold the Set button for
five seconds. The display will show "OFF" to indicate that the lock is
disengaged.
