ROTECTIONS
The Kersine inverter has protections features.
This chapter concerns the protection thresholds of the device as well as the standard conditions of use.
6.1

DC
NPUT
TURN ON AND TURN OFF VOLTAGE
The inverter protects the batteries from massive discharge. If the battery voltage drops below the warning
threshold for 20 seconds, the inverter shuts down.
If the voltage drops below the Turn-Off threshold, then the inverter shuts down.
It will be necessary to reach the startup voltage which is slightly higher (see hysteresis below) to automatically
restart the inverter.
If the input voltage exceeds the overvoltage voltage, then the inverter goes into protection and shuts down. It
turns on again if voltage go below the threshold.

CIRCUIT
In case of a short circuit, the inverter shuts down instantly. A lead-time of 10 minutes is observed before it
automatically restarts.

VERLOAD
In overload situation, KERSINE will trigger a warning before switching OFF the output. A lead-time of 10
minutes is observed before it automatically restarts.
