Place the stone on the grill rack. Place the pizza, pie or bread on the stone (A).
Indirect cooking with heat deflector
Place the stone under the grill rack between the hooks. Place the food on the grill rack. (B)
3.4 First use: important information
NOTE
◊ It may happen that the product appears to have crack lines. This is not a crack in
the ceramic. It is a normal process due to expansion by heat and does not affect the
performance or life of the product. Therefore, it cannot be claimed as a warranty issue.
ATTENTION!
◊ When using for the first time, make sure that the product heats up gradually. Heating too
quickly may damage the ceramic.
