Storage
1. Switch off the steam generator and disconnect the power plug. If you have
used the iron recently, allow the steam ironing station to cool down for at least
two hours.
2. Remove the water tank from the device and empty it completely.
3. Place the iron on the platform if you have not already done so. Slide the iron
lock to the right to secure the iron on the ironing surface.
4. Wrap up the power cord and slide it into the stowage tube on the lower right
side of the steam generator.
5. Generally carry the steam ironing station with both hands and store it in a
cool, light-protected place. Ideally, use the original packaging.

Solution
Point the iron away from the
garment and let it generate
steam for about 30 seconds.
Switch off the device and let
it cool down for two hours.
Unscrew the descaling cap
and then screw it properly
back onto the device. Water
may leak out in the process.
