Batteries, rechargeable batteries and
lamps that are not permanently
installed in waste electrical equipment
and can be removed in a non-destruc-
tive way must be removed and disposed of
separately before disposal of the equipment.
Lithium batteries and rechargeable battery
packs of all systems are only to be handed in
to the waste collection points in a discharged
state. The batteries must always be protected
against short circuits by taping off the poles.
All end users are responsible for deleting any
personal data stored on waste devices prior
to their disposal.
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging consists of cardboard
and correspondingly marked plastics
that can be recycled.
– Make these materials available
for recycling.

The noise emission values indicated have been measured
according to a standardized test method and can be used to
compare one power tool with another. The noise emission val-
ues indicated can also be used for a preliminary assessment of
the exposure. Warning: The noise emissions during the actual
use of the power tool may differ from the indicated values,
depending on the way in which the power tool is used, in particu-
lar what type of workpiece is being machined. Safety measures
must be defined to protect the operator, based on an estimation
of the vibration load during actual conditions of use (taking into
consideration all parts of the operating cycle, such as time peri-
ods when the power tool is switched off and time periods when
it is switched on but running without a load).
Noise emission specifications according to the German Product
Safety Act (ProdSG) or the EC Machinery Directive: The sound
pressure level at the workplace may exceed 80 dB(A). If this is
the case, the user must take noise protection measures (e.g.
wearing appropriate hearing protection and taking regular
breaks).
**) The specified vibration emission value was measured in accord-
ance with a normed test procedure and can be used in order to
compare one tool with another. The specified vibration emission
value can also be used for an introductory evaluation of the
exposure. The vibration emission value may fluctuate from the
specified value during actual use of the power tool. These fluc-
tuations will depend on the way in which the power tool is used.
Try to keep vibrations to a minimum. One method of reducing
the vibration load is, for example, limiting the length of time you
work with the tool. All parts of the operating cycle must be taken
into account for this purpose (for example, also including times
in which the power tool is switched off and times in which it is
switched on, but is running without load). Determination of vibra-
tion emission values in accordance with EN 62841-
1:2015+AC:2015, EN 62841-4-1:2020.

Appropriate chain oil
NOTICE! Risk of damage to the
device! Under no circumstances
should you use old oil to lubricate the
saw chain! This can cause damage to
the oil pump, saw bar and chain!
Use only special saw chain oils with good
adhesion properties. Since the saw chain oil
can penetrate the environment during opera-
tion, biologically-degradable special vegeta-
ble-based saw chain oils should be used.
