Solution
Contact the KLAMER
customer service team
Ice cream mass should have
maximum room
temperature before filling.
For optimal results, the
temperature should be
approx. 6-8 °C
Fruit ice cream or sorbet
should generally be refrozen.
For this purpose, the ice
cream should be placed in
an airtight container and
refrozen in the freezer for at
least 30 minutes.
Keep a break of 30 minutes
between ice preparations
Extend the stirring time. Too
long a stirring time can
result in sour and bitter
yogurt
The bacteria have died.
Prepare the ingredients
again
Use whole milk. This tastes
less sour as yogurt than
half-fat milk
Yogurt continues to ferment
even in the refrigerator.
Consume it as soon as
possible
Stir the yogurt with a
blender. Then let it rest for
2-3 hours.

Important notes on refrigerants
Caution: Fire hazard!
This device contains the flammable refrigerant R600a. There is a fire hazard if
the refrigerant leaks and is exposed to an external ignition source!
Information on handling refrigerants
Make sure that no components of the refrigerant circuit are damaged.
Escaping refrigerant may not be noticed as it is odorless. - Units with
flammable refrigerants may only be installed and used in well-ventilated
rooms.
Work on a refrigerant circuit may only be carried out by persons who have a
currently valid certificate from an accredited assessment body to ensure the
safe handling of refrigerants in accordance with an industry-recognized
assessment specification.
Fire hazard / combustible materials
Caution
This symbol indicates that the refrigerant R600a and the
non-metallic materials of the unit are flammable.
Solution
Remove the ice from the ice
container and decant it.
Then let it rest for at least 30
minutes before continuing
the preparation. For the
following preparations, the
stirring time should be
reduced slightly to avoid
freezing.
