1. GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
The products supplied by PROINDECSA S.L. are guaranteed against all manufacturing and material
defects for a maximum period of 36 months from the delivery of the material.
This warranty will be granted once our technicians have reviewed the material and only includes the
repair in the shortest possible time of any malfunction or replacement of defective parts, not including
consumables or wear parts, and in any case new material will be sent before the receipt and review of
the defective one, remaining in our property the replaced parts. Except for those products marked as
special guarantee that will be replaced by new material in most cases at the discretion of PROINDECSA
S.L.
Any product purchased for installation as part of any other product or equipment manufactured by
third parties and not intended for domestic use, shall have a technical guarantee of 12 months from
the date of sale of the product. There may be some cases of warranty in which the company, after
agreement with the supplier, proceeds to replace new material and not to replace parts, but this will
be exclusively the company's decision. Cases of force majeure, incorrect handling, natural wear and
tear, alteration of the electrical line, defective installation or location, poor maintenance, products that
have been subject to negligence, abuse, misuse or use not in accordance with the recommendations
in our instruction manuals or any other defect or disorder not attributable to our machines, as well as
malfunction caused by abrasive material, corrosion due to aggressive conditions or improper voltage
supplies, are not included in the warranty or in the products classified as warranties without questions.
The following conditions invalidate the terms of the warranty:

Electrical damage due to the use of inadequate or non-approved protection.
•
Damage caused by sand.
•
Damage caused by lightning strikes.
•
Deposits of sand or mud indicating that the equipment has been submerged in them.
•
Obvious physical damage.
With regard to material not manufactured by us, the guarantee shall be limited to that granted to us by
the manufacturer, and our liability shall cease if parts not manufactured by us have been fitted to the
material supplied by us or if any modification or repair has been carried out by personnel not authorised
by the company.
As our guarantee is limited to the guarantee specified, we accept no liability other than that contained
therein without the customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. The guarantees offered
will lose all effect when the buyer has not fulfilled the payment conditions imposed. In accordance
