LONG-TERM STORAGE
1. Drain all water from the appliance.
2. Run the appliance on Fan mode for half a day in
a warm room to dry the inside of the appliance
and prevent mold formation.
3. Turn off the appliance and unplug it, wrap the
cord and bundle it with tape.
4. Disassemble the window kit and put it on the
window slider buckles as shown in the following
figure.
5. Remove the batteries from the remote control.
6. Clean the air filters and reinstall them.
7. Store the appliance in a cool, dark place.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme
heat can shorten the lifespan of the appliance.
DISPOSAL
This appliance should not be treated as regular
household waste. Check for local regulatory
compliance regarding the approved and safe
disposal of this appliance.
ERROR CODES
EP: indoor temperature sensor failure.
E1: outdoor tube temperature sensor failure.
FL - Bottom tray is full - Place the appliance outdoors
or over the floor drain or similar. Remove the bottom
drain plug and drain the collected water. If the error
code repeats after emptying the tray, please contact
consumer service.
If any other error code appears on the display,
unplug the air conditioner and allow it to sit
undisturbed for 5 minutes. If the error code persists
when the unit is plugged back in, please contact
consumer service.
