Replacing the UV Lamp
1. Carefully loosen screws to UV Lamp
Cover to access the UV lamp.
2. To remove the UV lamp. Hold the UV
lamp firmly and turn it at a 45° angle
and pull old lamp out.
3. Install new UV lamp. Gently place
new lamp in place, firmly turning 45°
in opposite direction of removal. Place
UV lamp cover and tighten screws.

Moving the Appliance
• If you need to move your dry ager, turn off the appliance first. Remove all content.
Tape down all loose items inside your appliance. Tape doors shut. Be sure the
device stays in the upright position during transportation.

Solution(s)
Set your temperature colder
Check the door to make sure
it's closed properly. Check
the seal for damage. If
damaged, replace the seal.
Ensure there is a minimum
6" clearance surrounding the
cabinet.
Defrost the appliance.
See instructions on pg 15.
Check for any of the described
issues and make any neces-
sary repairs.
Replace seal if damaged or
reposition shelving.
Unplug appliance, wait 2
minutes, plug in the appliance
again. If this does not solve the
problem, then please contact
customer service.
