b) USB charger
• The charger must only be used to charge the vehicle battery provided (or an identical replacement
battery). Never charge other types of battery or non-rechargeable batteries. This may cause a fire or
explosion!
• The vehicle battery can be charged in the vehicle and does not need to be removed. Do not place the
vehicle on flammable materials (e.g. a carpet or tablecloth) when the battery is charging. Always use a
non-flammable, heatproof surface. Never cover the charger or the vehicle when the battery is charging.
• Do not use the battery charger inside vehicles.
• Keep children away from the battery charger and battery. Children may accidentally short circuit the
battery, which can cause a fire or an explosion. Fatal hazard!
• Do not use the charger in the immediate vicinity of strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields, transmitter
aerials or HF generators. These may affect the charger's electronic control system.
• Never wear metal or conductive objects (e.g. jewellery such as necklaces, bracelets or rings) when
handling the charger or rechargeable batteries. This may result in a short circuit, which can cause a fire
or explosion.
• Never recharge the vehicle battery when the charger is unattended.
• Never charge the battery immediately after the vehicle has been moved from a cold to a warm room.
This may generate condensation, which can cause the product to malfunction or damage the interior
components. Allow the product to reach room temperature before charging the battery.
• If you suspect that safe operation is no longer possible, stop using the charger immediately and prevent
unauthorized use. Safe operation is no longer possible if the charger is visibly damaged or stops work-
ing, or if the charger was stored in unfavourable conditions for an extended period or mishandled during
transport.
c) Setup/use
• If you do not have sufficient knowledge of how to operate remote-controlled models, contact an experi-
enced model user or a model club.
• Ensure that people and objects are kept at a safe distance from the engines and any other rotating parts.
Do not reach into the engine or hold the wheels.
• Only use the supplied vehicle battery (or an identical replacement battery) to power the vehicle. Never
power the vehicle with a power adapter, even for test purposes. This vehicle is exclusively designed for
use with the single-cell Li-ion battery (3.7 V rated voltage) provided or an identical replacement battery.
