IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the power cord,
power plug, motor housing in water or other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children.
4. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning.
5. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged power cord or power
plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in
any manner. Return appliance to an authorized Panasonic service
centre for examination, repair, or adjustment.
6. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the
manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
7. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated
oven.
8. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
9. Where applicable, check that the tumbler unit do not attach to the
motor housing before plugging into wall outlet. To disconnect, turn
the tumbler unit to OFF, then remove plug from wall outlet.
10. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
11. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
12. Avoid contacting moving parts.
13. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the blender is
not running.
14. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
