Liquid
（e.g. water, milk)
Ice cubes
Dried fruits (e.g. wolfberry)
Nuts （e.g. almond）
Ingredients with low moisture content or
hard ingredients （e.g. carrot）
Soft ingredients with high moisture content
Leafy vegetables
Ingredients with
small particles or
easily scattering,
and powder(e.g.
cacao nibs,
soaked seeds or
protein powder)
After placing the
ingredient, assemble the
tumbler base securely.
