6.1.c - PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORKS
6.1.c.a - How to make sure there is parallelism
between the dishes (Fig 2).
DANGER
This operation shall be carried out b y a skilled
technician.
This check shall alw ays be carr ied out when the user
verifies that the dough has not unif o rmly been pressed,
anyway the check shall be made once a year.
•
Remove the top (1) b y unscre wing the rele vant
screws (2).
• Remove the upper case (5) b y unscrewing the eyebolt
(3) and the screws (4).
• The distance between the dishes = less than 1 mm
shall be adjusted by the knob (6).
• Give the machine input, close the contact of the top
microswitch (13) and press the push-b utton (7) to lift
the lower dish (8).Once the lifting occurs, disconnect
the machine by positioning the push-button (12) on
"0" and by a thickness gauge make sure the distance
between the dishes is the same in all areas.
• To adjust loosen the counter nuts (9) in the v arious
areas of the upper dish (10) and also adjust the
distance between the dishes by the nuts (11).
Repeat the chec king by using the thic kness gauge
until the proper adjustment is reached, then tighten
the counter nuts (9) and reassemb le everything by
proceeding in the reverse order.
