SPECIFIED CONDITIONS OF USE
The hedge trimmer has been designed to cut hedges and
brushes in private house gardens or hobby gardens.
Do not use this product in any other way as stated for
normal use. Not observing general regulations in force and
instructions from this manual does not make the manufac-
turer liable for damages.
MAINS CONNECTION
DANGER
Appliances used at many different locations including
wet room and open air must be connected via a residual
current device (FI, RCD, PRCD) of 30mA or less.
Before use check machine, cable, and plug for any dama-
ges or material fatigue. Repairs should only be carried out
by authorised Service Agents.
If the cable is damaged during use, it must be
disconnected from the mains supply immedi-
ately. Do not touch the cable until it has been
disconnected from the mains.

Any damaged or disposed electric or electronic
devices must be delivered to appropriate

WARNING
Risk of injury
The hedge trimmer may not be used to cut grass, hard
brushes and wood or to crush material for composting
purposes.
Insert the plug of the electrical cable in a socket of suitable
shape, voltage and frequency complying with current
regulations.
Keep the connection and extension cables away from
dangerous moving parts to avoid damaging them.
Only use splash proof extension cables approved for
outdoor purposes. The stranded wire cross-sectional area
of the extension cable must be at least 1.5 mm² for cables
up to 25 m and 2.5 mm² for cables above 25 m.
Make sure the machine is switched off before plugging in.
