3. Reduced charger output is caused by the conditions that follow:
a. Low AC input voltage: Check the AC power.
b. High ambient temperature: Move the unit to cooler surroundings.

c. There is blockage to the cooling airflow. Move the unit to a open space and
check the charger cooling fins for too much dust, dirt and debris. See Clean
the Charger.

instructions.
