7. QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
In each emergency situation, you need to:
- Set the oven's dials to the 0 position
- Unplug the appliance from the power source
- Contact the after-sales service
Minor malfunctions can be resolved by users using the table below.
Before contacting customer services or the after-sales service, please refer to this table:
Error description
The extractor hood isn't
working.
Lighting isn't working.
The extractor hood's air
aspiration is weak.
Air isn't being fed to the
outside. (In environments
without ducts).
Solution
Check the electrical connections.
Check the motor switch. The motor switch should be in the
"on" position.
Check the electrical connections.
Check the light's switch. The light's switch should be in the "on"
position.
Check the aluminium filter. The aluminium filter should be
washed once a month in normal conditions.
Check the air outlet duct. The air outlet duct should be clear
and open.
Check the charcoal filter. (For models fitted with a charcoal
filter). The charcoal filter must be replaced every 3 months
in normal conditions.
