Warning: Before each cleaning or maintenance operation, the appliance must be unplugged
or the fuse that it's attached to must be switched off.

4. In order to preserve the quality of the appliance's surface, avoid using cleaning products
which contain methylated spirit, bleach, or abrasive powders. On the stainless steel surfaces,
use cloths with soapy water or a special cleaning spray for stainless steel surfaces.
Warning: Without regular cleaning, there is a risk of fire and downgraded performances.
Cleaning the aluminium filter
The filter contributes to keeping out oil particles in the air. It is recommend that you clean your filter
once a month for normal use. Wash and rinse the filters in the dishwasher or using washing-up
liquid, and re-install them once they've dried.
Warning: Once washed, you may spot discolouration in the aluminium filters. This is normal,
you don't need to replace your filters.
Warning: If the aluminium filter isn't cleaned regularly, oil may accumulate on it and create
a fire risk.
