9.
Install chuck (F) to the arbor (G) tightly (Fig. 9). Open chuck jaws
by turning the chuck key counterclockwise to the end. Put scrap
wood on the table to protect chuck nose.
10. Install knob and screw of upper pulley cover (L) (Fig. 10).
TABLE ADJUSTMENTS
1.
To adjust the table
height, loosen the
clamp bolt then
adjust the table to
your desired position
by swing the table
bracket handle (Fig.
11).
2.
To adjust the table rotation, loosen the clamp bolt and swing table
to desired position and retighten the clamp bolt (Fig. 12).
FEED DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
1.
To adjust the depth control stud type depth, lower the spindle
assembly to desired depth and spin down nut. If nut moves due to
vibration, spin down the second nut and lock in position by holding
the lower nut and tighten the upper nut (Fig. 13).
2.
To adjust the depth
control scale sleeve
type, loosen the
clamp bolt and move
to the desired depth
then retighten the
clamp bolt (Fig. 14)
