C - Mounting of stop butts (p 10 and fig 7 p 15)
- mark, drill and fix stop butts (140) on the opening and closing sides
D - Mounting of floor guides as per p 10 and fig 3/4 p 14
- tightening guide (17) closing side
- sliding guide (18) opening side
5.5- Mounting suspension of the door (4440 / 4460)

- Engage trolley unit ((208 for 4440 - 252 for 4461/4462 - 602 for 4465/4466/4467) int the rail, closing side, so that
the fixed rollers be located int the rail notches (403). Slack nuts (210) to the maximum
- Place the door in front of the clear opening, lift the door and engage adjustment screws (206) in rail holders (211)
- Hold the door and tighten nuts (210)
Note : in case of impossibility to adjust trolley unit (208, 252 or 602) through the end of the rail, engage
unit before fixing main rail (403)
5.6- Adjustments (4440 / 4460)
A - Tightness with floor (see fig. 1/3/4 p 14)
- open the door about 60mm, adjust the bottom of the door 42mm from the floor (both ends) with the two nuts
(207 and 209 - fully tighten
B - Tightness with frame (see fig. 1/3/4 p 14)
- open the door about 60mm and adjust the door to 34mm from the frame at all 4 corners
a) for the top with nut (210)
b) for the bottom with the sliding guide (18) and the tightening guide (17)
Caution : check of the nuts locking (207-209-210)
CHECK TIGHTNESS , ONCE DOOR CLOSED
