5.4- Mounting parts on the frame (4440 / 4460)
A - Mounting of rail holders
- Fix rail holers (400) as indicated on general drawing p 10/11 for 4440 and 12/13 for 4460
B - Mounting of the rail
a) 4440
- engage screws (37,38,39) in rail holders (400) (see 1 p 14)
- slack nuts (39) - don't remove them from screws (37) (see 1 p 14)
- Hang the rail (403) and engage the unit screw+nut (37) in the rails holders (400) - Tighten nuts (39)
fingertight
- engage lower screws (35) and washers (38)
- adjust rail position so that the first rail holder is 90mm from the end of the rail (general drawing p 10/11)
- fully tighten screws (35) and nuts (39)
- mount and fix the two reinforcement parts (202) (see p 10/11 and fig. 10-11 p 16)
- place ramps holders (401) on ramps (403) and tighten (see fig. 10-11 p 16)
b) 4460
2 door supports
for 4461 and 4462
3 door supports
for 4465,4466 and 4467
a) Rail (250) or (251) to be assembled with rail (260), without notch (see general drawing p 12/13)
(250) door R/H - (251) door L/H
Reinforcement (202) is always located at the end of the rail, closing side
b) As per drawing here above, put the two rails together with the two squares (254)

Tighten the screws without locking them, fix square (254)
·
Check that (254) be in contact with rail. Tighten the screws.
NOTA : on trolley bar (252) the additional trolley (253) is always located on the closing side
