Digital Handbrake: adjust the actuation point of the digital handbrake "button"
The handbrake icon will illuminate as the actuation point is reached
Lower values will move the digital handbrake actuation point further away from
the start of the lever's movement; higher values will move it closer
Handbrake Axis: adjustment of the axis curve sensitivity
Lower values will make the handbrake less sensitive at initial movement;
higher values make it more sensitive; 50 sets a linear axis response
