FUEL SAFETY
DANGER! Fuel is very flammable. Use extreme care when handling or storing
fuel. An ignition source contacting the fumes or fuel may result in a fire or
explosion and cause fatal or serious injuries to you or a bystander.
WARNING! Always shut the engine off and allow to cool before fuelling. Never
add fuel to a machine with a running or hot engine. Move at least 10 ft. from the
refuelling site before starting the engine to avoid an explosion or fire.
1.
Use only an approved fuel container for storing and refueling.
2.
Do not allow open flames, sparks or smoking near fuel.

Fuel cans may be under pressure due to temperature. Loosen fuel caps
slowly, allowing the pressure to equilibrate.

ground.
5.
Inspect for fuel leaks. Do not start until leakage is repaired.
6.
Store fuel out of direct sunlight in a cool and dry location.
